Title: iHOPE Program Manager 10th street

Hours Status: Full-Time Salary
Starting Pay: $55,000 annually, *$2,500 Sign On Bonus*
Brief Job Description:
- Work with community partners to develop natural support systems for individuals served.
- Understanding of budgetary needs of program and state supplementation. Work closely with State staff on grant needs for iHope program.
- Working closely with other teams within our agency to provide continuity of care for individuals served.
- Representing LifeSkills and attending any meetings regarding the iHope team service.
- Recruit and retain qualified service providers and support staff to achieve the mission and goals of LifeSkills and the Behavioral Health Division.
- Supervise and ensure performance of all Service Center staff; identify and implement training and development plans and assist in the provision of training and development for all staff.
- Complete performance evaluations on iHOPE staff at least annually, more frequently if necessary.
- Oversee daily operations and monitor revenues, expenses, service trends, program reports, client demographics and other data to ensure financial accountability and staff productivity of the iHOPE program.
- Assist supervisor in development of iHOPE budget.
- Recommend and implement processes and systems that will improve customer service and generate productivity and revenues.
- Provide direct service/psychotherapy to iHOPE mental health clients, including group, individual, family, collateral, and psycho educational.
- Complete intake/screening/assessment process.
- Develop treatment plans for clients, and complete all required documentation.
- Complete all correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings providing feedback on all pertinent cases.
- Maintain agency expectation for productivity.
- Document all services provided in accordance with agency standards.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers, adhering to Code of Ethics and agency policies.
- Handle crisis situations as they arise.
- Maintain an expert knowledge base regarding current practices and research.
- Recommend and implement quality improvement measures and standards of corporate compliance as recommended by clinical and administrative staff.
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
- Work proactively to address all employee and consumer complaints.
- Ensure appropriate and timely communication of BH and organizational information to employees.
- Attend meetings, conferences and other professional and organizational functions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with agencies including but not limited to school systems, justice systems, hospitals, DCBS and other local businesses and community partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, knowledge and commitment to overarching principals and mission of LifeSkills Behavioral Health Division.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will provide administrative supervision to the iHope team which could be comprised of: Therapists, Targeted Case managers and Behavioral Health Specialists/Community support associates and Peer support specialists, outreach coordinator, clinical support staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in a mental health related field and state licensure to provide clinical therapy.
- Three years of experience working with adults with SMI diagnosis or youth with SED diagnosis required.
- One to two years of management experience preferred.
