Hours Status: FULL-TIME- HOURLY – 3rd shift
Brief Job Description: The LPN is direct care staff at Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit, which is a 24 hour program.  The LPN is responsible for overseeing client medication, review medical logs, monitor clients for possible medical conditions and communicate with medical providers in the community regarding client’s medical needs.  LPN is also responsible for ensuring safety and security of residents at all times, taking phone referrals, conducting admissions and answering HELPLINE calls. LPN position also requires traveling to other LifeSkills service locations and providing services to individuals in the shot clinics. QUALIFICATIONS:Must have completed an LPN Certificate program and be licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing and undergo a stringent background check.  Kentucky Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
