Title: RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATE

Brief Job Description: Responsible for providing supportive interventions and monitoring to adults and children at Haven4Change. Duties include monitoring clients and children, charting client progress, and maintaining therapeutic milieu. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
***All 30+ hour positions will be enrolled in our company retirement program through the Kentucky Public Pension Authority (KPPA); six percent (6%) of your gross income will be deducted from each check. All LifeSkills Inc. / Pennyroyal Inc. employees who work 30 hours or more a week are required to participate in this program.
The employee contribution rate is set by the State General Assembly. Employee contributions are deposited into member accounts. These contributions to the retirement system are currently tax deferred. Member accounts are kept confidential between the member and the Kentucky Retirement Systems.
