Brief Job Description: Responsible for providing case management services to adults with severe mental illness. Duties include, but are not limited to coordinating with LifeSkills staff and external providers to access services and resources to assist client’s recovery from mental illness.

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work or a mental health related field with one year of case management experience or one year of experience working with adults with severe mental illness required. Experience must be post degree.
