Brief Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains an administrative role within the IPS Program which includes managing program requirements and outcomes, oversee program budgets, mentors and provides leadership to Supported Employment staff. Carries out supported employment services by helping consumers obtain and sustain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals and recovery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree in mental health related field, business, personnel services or vocational services/rehabilitation. Experience working with Supported Employment services preferred. Demonstration of leadership skills strongly preferred.
