Title: House Manager

Worksite: Haven4Change

County: Warren

Hours Status: Contract Residential:  Sunday-Thursday 10pm-8am

Salary: $125 per week; additional $12.00 per hour for covering on an emergency basis

This is a contract position. Contractor will have all LifeSkills recognized holidays off and will continue to receive the $125 per week payment.

Brief Job Description:

Haven4Change is in need of a house manager to live at the facility. This is a contract position. The house manager will provide services during the early morning including addressing resident needs, responding to urgent situations, problem-solving, and resolving conflict as needed. The house manager also needs to be available during nighttime hours if a resident needs assistance. A private bedroom and bathroom is provided. The contractor may cover other shifts as a residential associate on an emergency basis or when shortages occur.

REQUIRED:
 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
