Brief Job Description:

The ECC will work with moms who have children age birth through five who are substance-exposed (including prescription drugs). This will include those received substance use treatment for any substance, as well as those whose infants are identified prenatally or at time of delivery and are reported to DCBS. Services include, but are not limited to, consultation, referral, and education, training technical assistance, coaching and outreach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in human services field (e.g.’ Addiction, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Public Health, Sociology, and Education) Two years + of experience working in human services field preferred.

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable means of transportation. Knowledge about early

Childhood mental health, including child development, social-emotional wellness and healthy attachment. Basic knowledge of addiction and family systems preferred.
