Description
Brief Job Description: Responsible for providing behavioral interventions and other community support wraparound services to adults in homes, personal care homes, community and clinic-based settings. Serve as teacher/mentor/motivator providing person centered assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals. Services are provided in conjunction with a primary therapist and other providers. Must be able to work flexible hours, able to travel locally, and work evenings and some weekends. Position requires Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a mental health related field.
