Title: CLINICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (CST)
Worksite: BARREN COUNTY SERVICE CENTER
County: BARREN COUNTY
Hours Status: FULL-TIME, $12.60 HOURLY; Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 pm Lunch – 12:00 – 1:00 pm (lunch times alternate between CSTs) Every 3rd week, will need to work Monday – Thursday, 8:00 – 6:30 pm with 30 minute lunch from 1:00 – 1:30 pm
Brief Job Description: The Clinical Support Technician position requires a partnership with the clinician as well as the customer. CST’s aid the clinical staff by performing clerical and reception tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling and call management. CST’s are also the first point of contact for individuals and families experiencing mental illness, substance abuse and or developmental disabilities. The ability to multi task is essential to this position. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent as well as fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
