Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Case Manager will provide support services to youth and young adults, and their families, who have been identified as experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Case management positions consist of advocating and assisting clients in a variety of ways. Position requires a bachelor of arts or science degree in a behavioral science with one year of case management experience working with youth or young adults with mental health illness or one year of experience working with youth or young adults with substance use disorder. Experience must be post degree. Must sucessfully complete Case Management training within six months of employment.Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Must possess strong written and verbal skills. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to include some evening and weekends as well as alternating crisis phone responsibilities. Criminal background checks to meet agency standards.
