Title: Clinical Support Technician

Worksite: Warren Service Center

County: Warren

Hours Status: Full-Time, 9am – 6pm

Pay Rate: $12.60 hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

Will perform duties related to reception and clerical tasks in support of client services rendered at LifeSkills. Additionally, this position will be responsible for unlocking and opening the office in the morning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must possess typing skill level that assures projects can be completed timely & efficiently

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers throughout daily interactions
• Display open communication, cooperation & the sharing of knowledge within all departments of the company
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Must effectively manage multiple projects
• Ensure timely processing of assigned data entry tasks
• Audit incoming paperwork as well as own work for potential errors
• Coordinate a high volume of filing while accurately maintaining the medical record
• Accurately maintain cash drawer
• Available to travel to other locations for coverage when needed
