Brief Job Description: Seeking flexible and energetic person to work with a team to coordinate Adult Foster Care and Respite services within the Supports for Community Living program. Responsibilities include: recruiting, training and direction for Adult Foster Care and Respite providers, participating in annual planning meetings, scheduling respite and transportation services, conducting home studies and crisis response.

The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and be capable of managing multiple tasks independently. Candidate should embody LifeSkills Core Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Care/Compassion, and Ownership/Accountability. On-call duties also required.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years experience working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Supervisor experience preferred. Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
