Title: Vocational Associate Floater

Worksite: Warren County Industries

County: Warren

Hours Status: Full -Time, M-F, 7a-3p

Pay Range: $13.25 hourly

Brief Job Description:

Provide vocational supports to people with developmental disabiliities.

Assist participants to learn new skills and pursue person-centered outcomes. Serve as a teacher, mentor, and role model. Support participants to exercise choice and self-determination, develop meaningful roles and relationships, and participate in community life.

Conducting pick up/deliveries of product (may involve utilization of the forklift and agency vehicles) and record keeping.

Provide support and assistance as needed at both Warren and Allen County Industries. Warren county will be the primary job site, mileage reimbursement may be provided when traveling to secondary location in Allen County.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
