Hours Status: Full -Time (Mon – Fri - between 7:00am and 3:00pm)
Pay: $13.25 hourly  ****$1,000 Sign On Bonus****

Brief Job Description: LifeSkills Industries is seeking a flexible, energetic, person to provide vocational supports to people with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities: Assist participants to learn new skills and pursue person-centered outcomes. Serve as a teacher, mentor, and role model. Support participants to exercise choice and self-determination, develop meaningful roles and relationships, and participate in community life.

Other duties include, but are not limited to, communicating job setup/work instructions, assisting with vocational training, completing daily and monthly progress notes for individuals served, conducting pick up/deliveries of product (may involve utilization of the forklift and agency vehicles) and recording accurate job data/production counts information on time cards.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
