Title: Clinical Support Technician

Worksite: Barren Service Center

County: Barren

Hours Status: Full-Time, Mon–Fri 8:00a – 5:00p, 1-hour lunch

           * Every 3rd week is a 4-day work week!  Mon–Thu, 8:00a–6:30p, 30-minute lunch

Pay Rate: $12.60 hourly

Brief Job Description:

Requires a partnership with the clinician as well as the customer. CST’s aid the clinical staff by performing clerical and reception tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling and call management. The first point of contact for individuals and families experiencing mental illness, substance abuse and or developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

Skills:

• Ability to multi task.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
