Title:  Engagement Specialist

Worksite:  Warren County Service Center - CCBHC

County: Warren

Hours Status: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:00a-4:30p

Pay Range:  $14.00 hourly

Travel: Some travel required

 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Assist clients experiencing severe mental illness, severe emotional disturbance or chronic substance misuse with completion of surveys and ensuring accurate data entry.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Provides support and advocacy during completion of required surveys, ensuring client understands the questions and thoughts are being conveyed.
  • Collects information from client and records responses.
  • Provides language interpretation services if relevant.
  • Perform efficient, accurate data entry.
  • Safeguards the integrity and confidentiality of data.
  • Builds and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, and co-workers, adhering to the code of ethics and agency policy.
