Title: Engagement Specialist
Worksite: Warren County Service Center - CCBHC
County: Warren
Hours Status: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:00a-4:30p
Pay Range: $14.00 hourly
Travel: Some travel required
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist clients experiencing severe mental illness, severe emotional disturbance or chronic substance misuse with completion of surveys and ensuring accurate data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Proficient use of personal computers
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Outstanding typing precision
- Aptitude for managing sensitive information with integrity
- Proven ability to learn and navigate job specific program
- Organizational, establishing priorities, oral, and written communication skills.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Provides support and advocacy during completion of required surveys, ensuring client understands the questions and thoughts are being conveyed.
- Collects information from client and records responses.
- Provides language interpretation services if relevant.
- Perform efficient, accurate data entry.
- Safeguards the integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Builds and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, and co-workers, adhering to the code of ethics and agency policy.
