Title: Adult Foster Care and Residential Manager
Worksite: LifeSkills corporate office

County: Warren

Hours Status: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Pay Range: $55,000 annually

Brief Job Description:

General management, administration and oversight of LifeSkills’ Adult Foster Care (AFC) and residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Direct supervision and coaching for AFC Coordinators, Adult Foster Care providers and other residential staff. Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, risk management and best practices in the provision of AFC services.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in a human services field and at least three years’ experience working with people with disabilities and/or foster care; or a high school diploma and five years’ experience working with people with disabilities and/or foster care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Participation in on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies (with additional compensation) as needed
• Travel to provide home studies and recruitment/marketing activities
• Proficient with computers and ability to utilize electronic health records
• Desire to support people to have the best lives possible!
