Title: CST/Quality Coordinator

Worksite: Haven4Change

County: Warren

Hours Status: Full -Time, M-F, 8a-5p

Pay Range: $15.00 hourly

Brief Job Description:

Screen potential admissions, schedule and complete intakes. Monitor and document clients’ activities/behavior including self-administration medications, conduct pill counts, arrange transportation, payments/receipts, cash drawer, and perform reception duties along with coordinating daily operations and 24-hour drug testing.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
