Title: Vice President, Finance (covering Regions 2 & 4, 18 counties)
Worksite: Lifeskills Corporate office
County: Warren
Hours Status: Full-Time
Pay Range: $125,000 annually
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Finance Department in Regions 2 and 4, including planning and oversight. Will assist CFO with annual budget and forecasting. In conjunction with the CFO and/or other Finance team members will be responsible for audit preparation, tax returns and other duties as assigned. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred. Minimum ten (10) years’ experience may be considered in lieu of required degree.
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in a management role with experience in health care systems and medical billing.
- Experience in community mental health systems is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have references which report excellent written, verbal communication and leadership skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s License and have an insurable driving record.
- Must pass all required background checks.
