Title: Residential Manager
Worksite: Park Place Recovery Center
County: Allen
Hours Status: Full Time, 8a-5p
Pay: $70,000 annually

Brief Job Description:
This position is responsible for the oversight of a 24 hour, 35 bed residential substance use program for men and women, working to ensure quality services for the clients. Provide direct services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a supervisor in a 24-hour facility or a drug and alcohol program preferred.
• Demonstrated aptitude for team building, problem resolution, and producing results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Possess computer skills

Required:

• Master’s degree in a mental health related field with the ability to be independently licensed.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
