Title: Director of Crisis and State General Fund Services

Worksite: Corporate Office – 380 Suwannee Trail

County: Warren

Hours Status: Salary

Pay Range:  $65,000 annually

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the general management, monitoring and oversight of LifeSkills I/DD Crisis and State General Fund (SGF) services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Staff recruitment, supervision, training and coaching
• Monitor and ensure SGF program quality, best practices and compliance
• Oversee provision of timely and responsive I/DD crisis services – including 24/7 crisis on-call system
• Monitor program budget and ensure financial sustainability
• Serve as a positive leader, role-model and team player

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services or related field
• At least 7 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• At least 5 years of management/supervision experience
