Title: APRN – Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse (2 positions)

Worksite: Various locations (including ACSU, PPRC, H4C, and Warren outpatient)

County: Warren (primary)

Hours Status: Full-Time

Pay Range: $55.00 hourly

Brief Job Description:

Provide psychiatric services to adolescent and adult psychiatric patients of LifeSkills under the supervision of a Licensed Psychiatrist such as psychiatric evaluation, med management, consultation and collateral services to referred patients.

Position will be primarily in Bowling Green with limited travel.

Education:

• Master’s degree or post-graduate degree in nursing, certification, & licensure required.

Licensure:

• Kentucky APRN license or APRN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required effective June 1, 2007.
• Kentucky DEA license

Qualifications:

• Completion of all requirements to practice as an Adult and/or Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
