Brief Job Description:
Prepare breakfast, lunch and do meal prep for dinner, as well as the weekend meal planning.
Responsible for meal menu and preparation, food storage, and all state and local health service reviews.
Supervise the client job duties in the kitchen and dining room.
Participate and teach other staff rules and regulations of dietary to ensure safety.
Strive to maintain knowledge of state, and local laws, rules, and best practice guidelines for dietary.
Follows Infection Control Procedures at all times and strictly adheres to standard precautions by adhering to usage of protective equipment when handling blood or body fluids.
Education: High School Diploma or GED, Additional education preferred
Experience: 1 year experience in a related position preferred but not required or combination of education and work experience
